  • Second Degree Trespass & Injury to Real Property.

    The Defendant was alleged to have gotten into a fight at a bar. The individual was later alleged to have been thrown out, wherein the State alleged the Defendant threw a brick through the window and a co-defendant pulled a gun on several patrons. This individual was also alleged to have fled the scene upon arrival of the police. The Defendant was charged with one count of second degree trespass, one count of injury to real property, and one count of resisting a public officer.

After a day long trial, the jury returned a verdict of “Not Guilty” within fifteen minutes of deliberations.
